Review: ExpoDisc

I've been looking into buying an expodisc since September 2012.
They are somewhat expensive, BUT they are amazing!
I finally took the plunge and purchased one and it was an awesome investment.

I will never use a gray card or any other method to custom white balance my camera again.

The Expodisc is fast and easy to use.

How to use the Expodisc to set your white balance:

Step One: Change your camera to Custom White Balance.

Step Two: Place Expodisc over lens.

Step Three: Stand where your subject is going to be located. Face your light source (i.e. sun, lighting system, or whatever lighting situation you are using) and take a photo.

Step Four: Go into your camera menu and locate custom white balance.

Step Five: Once you find custom white balance in your menu it will show the last photo taken, click okay to accept the custom white balance.

Step Six: Remove Expodisc and being shooting!

You will have to change your white balance EVERY time your lighting situation changes.

But since its so quick to do once you've gotten it down, you'll be able to custom white balance your camera between shots with NO PROBLEMS!

That means less post-processing! Which means less work!
Every photographer wants to spend less time editing and more time taking photos or spending time with their families.

So why not nail your white balance in camera?

Well if you would like to purchase an expodisc you can do so below:

I will add photos soon.
I'm waiting on a new card reader, since the card reader in my computer isn't working at the moment!

Have a great day everyone!
